Job summary

Current LVN/LPN license in CA.
BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Nursing management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
Ensure nursing staff follow written procedures and provide high-quality resident care.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
Document charting and incident reports accurately and promptly.
Manage narcotics counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction per policy.
Record changes in patient conditions and notify relevant team members.
Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring.
Notify departments of room changes, LOA, admits, or discharges.
