Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions during rounds.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Conduct rounds with physicians and document visits.
• Oversee and coordinate care with nursing aides.
• Complete incident and accident reports as required.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Communicate with residents' families or designated contacts regarding changes.
