Job summary

Touchstone Communities in Laredo seeks an LVN Charge Nurse to guide care teams with grace and professional skill. You will support residents as whole people and build trusting relationships with families who entrust their loved ones to us.

A Texas LVN license (or LVN/LPN license from a Compact state) and a heart for ministry through nursing are required. You’ll lead with compassion, integrity, and purpose, helping create an environment where care honors God and lives are improved daily.
