Job summary

Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse for The Heights of Tomball (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.). You will lead care teams, support residents as whole people, and build meaningful relationships with families in a faith‑based skilled‑nursing environment.

Candidates should hold a current Texas LVN license (or LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State) and demonstrate compassion, integrity, and leadership to deliver exceptional care with God‑honoring service.

Qualifications
