Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Performs admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Delivers nursing interventions per the plan of care and notifies team of status changes.
• Documents nursing care and adheres to infection control practices.
