Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) months LVN direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years.
• Excellent customer relations and respectful interaction with patients, families, and staff.
• Must have California Vocational Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of RN or provider per scope of practice.
• Transcribe orders and assist with plan of care development.
• Administer medications per orders and standing protocols.
• Document care and patient responses in Health Connect per policies.
• Assist with examinations, provide instruments, and support procedures.
• Ensure infection control and safe, clean environment at nursing station.
