Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (excluding IV) as ordered and observe patient response.
• Document patient information in medical records and relay information between patient and physician.
• Perform basic lab tests and health screenings as directed.
• Follow Universal Precautions and safety procedures; report incidents as required.
