Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in a systematic, individualized manner.
• Coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents; conducts rounds every two hours and documents status.
• Develops and implements a care plan based on RN assessment and patient needs.
• Consults with physicians or licensed practitioners; administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Supervises CNAs and educates residents; ensures continuity of care and coordination with therapies.
