• Supervise CNA’s/Nurses Aids to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide quality customer service to residents and families.
• Coordinate resident assessments and care evaluations.
• Perform treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Maintain documentation as required by regulations.
• Comply with safety protocols and standards.
