• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or inpatient settings

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and other staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting
• Assist with ADLs as needed
• Educate residents and families about care needs
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid
