Qualifications

• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider is REQUIRED.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is REQUIRED.
• IV Therapy/Blood Withdrawal Certification is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care under RN direction and implement the Plan of Care.
• Perform data collection and documentation per department guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with RN and other staff to ensure continuity and timely visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team to support education and planning.
• Document and participate in evaluating patient responses to care.
