Wellnessmart is seeking an experienced LVN to join our team across our West LA and Mid-Wilshire offices. The role offers a true float position with day shifts, injections, blood draws, and collaboration with on-call physicians.

Qualifications

• Valid CA LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens.
• Conduct physical exams.
• Administer vaccinations.
• Process LiveScan Fingerprint Applications.
• Prepare lab orders and handle blood draws.
• Conduct mask fits and client greetings.
• Assist clients with registration and payments using POS.
• Communicate with care team to coordinate care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

This role offers a platform for LVNs to enhance their competencies, including administering injections, conducting blood draws, liaising with on-call physicians, and more.

• Assist clients with registration and process payments using our POS system

Shift Details:

• Standard Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays
