Appone is a skilled nursing facility in Tarzana, California, seeking LVNs to join our clinical team and provide guests with a care experience that can change their lives. You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise day-to-day nursing activities, admit/transfer/discharge residents, prepare and administer medications, and participate in care plans with physicians and families.

A current California Nursing License and background check clearance are required; full-time or part-time shifts

Qualifications

Current California Nursing License.
Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

Complete and file required charts and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
Orient and welcome new residents and families.
Answer call lights and provide nursing assistance.
Participate in and make recommendations for care plans.
