Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility under supervision. You will administer medications, monitor health, and support care plans in line with state regulations.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, shift reports, supervising CNAs, and maintaining infection control and resident privacy. Requires active OK LPN/LVN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, CPR

Qualifications

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Director of Nursing.
