CHCL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN) in Texas to support physicians and nurses in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, recording health data, drawing blood, administering vaccines, and updating patient histories. A TX LVN license, 1–2 years’ experience, CPR, and English (Spanish preferred) are required; travel 25–50% locally with reliable transportation. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Current Texas Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license.
• One to two years’ LVN experience, preferably in clinic or doctor’s office.
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure) and record health data.
• Assist Physicians and Nurses during examinations and procedures.
• Draw blood for testing and collect specimens as instructed.
• Vaccinations administration and patient education.
• Record patient histories and update health information.

New LVN hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.Please indicate on your application if you are interested in working in pediatrics, adult, or both.The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), is responsible for providing a supportive role to medical professionals to administer patient care.
