We are currently seeking PRN Security Guards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Check in with previous guard, review assignments and log book at beginning of shift
2. Check and lock doors at assigned times
3. Inspect and maintain vehicles
4. Respond to emergencies, e.g., fire, emergency response system and assist nursing personnel as directed
5. Follow emergency call lists; help direct emergency vehicles if necessary
6. Document and check mechanical equipment operation, gauges and controls
7. Check for any unsafe conditions and repair or report to Facilities Management
8. Check all equipment to make sure it is properly turned off
9. During snowstorms, help keep ice and snow away from emergency exit
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Maintenance and Grounds

Hourly wage will be based on candidate qualifications including relevant experience and certifications/education.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
