Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience required.
Must have been current and qualified within the last 3 years.
Must be a U.S. citizen with a current DoD Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Lead LVC mission planning and execution for training events.
Integrate virtual simulators into live training opportunities.
Oversee LVC mission testing and event management.
Support mission planning cell by creating scenarios.
Deliver LVC academic briefings and represent as SME.
Skills
Experience with LVC software applications
Familiarity with AFTTP 3-1
Experience conducting training in a DMO environment
Ability to create CONOPS and planning products
Air-to-air fighter aircraft instructor pilot
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of experience
Master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent and 14 years of experience
