Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience required.
• Must have been current and qualified within the last 3 years.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with a current DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVC mission planning and execution for training events.
• Integrate virtual simulators into live training opportunities.
• Oversee LVC mission testing and event management.
• Support mission planning cell by creating scenarios.
• Deliver LVC academic briefings and represent as SME.

Skills

Experience with LVC software applications

Familiarity with AFTTP 3-1

Experience conducting training in a DMO environment

Ability to create CONOPS and planning products

Air-to-air fighter aircraft instructor pilot

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of experience

Master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience

High school diploma or equivalent and 14 years of experience
