Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN role
• Minimum 1 year RN experience upon hire
• TX Registered Nurse license upon hire
• BLS CPR within 14 days of hire
• Demonstrated competence as RN I or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and delivers holistic nursing care.
• Develops, directs, and evaluates individualized care plans and discharge education with the care team.
• Prepares patients for procedures and administers physician orders with safety protocols.
• Regularly reassesses patient responses and communicates changes to physicians.
• Performs handoffs using bedside reporting and provides thorough patient updates to the team.
• Maintains a safe care environment and contributes to quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
