Job summary

Roquette is seeking an LV Production Engineer (m/f/d) for our Bomlitz, Germany site. The role acts as the main technical contact for plant operations, driving process optimization and ensuring safe, compliant production of METHOCEL and related products.

You will collaborate with maintenance and suppliers, perform root-cause analyses, and implement sustainable improvements while contributing to budget planning and staff training. Fluency in German and English is required.

He or she uses technical knowledge to optimize operational processes, solve problems in the plant, and ensure the safe and environmentally friendly production of high-quality products. The role works closely with maintenance, support functions, and internal raw material suppliers.
