HCB Yachts is seeking a Patcher to repair and finish yacht components, focusing on gel coat and metal finishes. You will work as part of a production team, supporting customization and lean manufacturing practices to build luxury center console yachts.

Responsibilities include recording repairs, managing parts, applying fiberglass and resin, and maintaining workspace organization while complying with safety policies and collaborating with teammates.

Formación

• GED or equivalent preferred.
• Lamination experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps records on repairs and parts used in repairs.
• Performs gel coat and metal finish repairs; sands, buffs, and applies gel coat.
• Tracks replacement part work orders and prepares for shipping.
• Moves parts and maintains a clean work area.
• Lays in and rolls fiberglass materials into decks, hulls, and liners.
• Ensure quality in production operations.
• Reports to work on time and adheres to safety policies.
• Works cooperatively with co-workers.
