Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Seattle Premium Outlets to support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, drive sales, and coach staff.

The role handles customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising, acting as Store Manager in their absence. The ideal candidate has strong retail management experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail management.
• Experience in watch/jewelry/fashion accessories retail preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Open availability and flexibility for weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop knowledge of merchandise.
• Open and close store.
• Achieve financial objectives for the store.
• Coach and train store personnel to help them achieve personal sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff for peak performance.
• Ensure CRM data capture, inventory, revenue, merchandising and loss prevention programs align with policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do so.
• Maintain store stability, security and reputation per corporate and legal requirements.
• Keep a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor merchandise for cleanliness, accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes.
