Qualifications

• Strong selling and customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in watch/jewelry/fashion retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as set by the Store Manager and learn the merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Capture CRM data per Company guidelines.
• Establish rapport with actual and potential customers.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines.
• Keep a neat, clean, and professional work environment.
• Maintain merchandise, keep it clean, priced correctly, and well displayed.
• Assist in merchandise control logs as directed by the Store Manager.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes when needed.
