Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for the Movado Company Store at Jersey Garden Premium Outlets in Elizabeth, New Jersey. You will join the store management team to drive sales, open and close the store, and support staff in achieving goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong selling skills, experience in luxury retail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Flexibility in schedule and prior management experience are preferred to help lead the team and safeguard store

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills with experience in luxury retail or fashion
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
• Flexible schedule and open availability; previous management experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as directed by Store Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
• Capture CRM data according to company guidelines
• Merchandise products per company guidelines and maintain store cleanliness
• Open/close the store and assist staff in achieving store objectives
• Monitor inventory and assist with logs and security procedures
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed
