Job summary

Vesta is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory movement and order fulfillment at our Blauvelt, NY location. You will receive, scan, pack, label, and transport goods following SOPs, use PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs while keeping a safe, organized workplace.

Responsibilities include using handheld scanners for inventory, loading/unloading trucks, protecting furniture, performing basic refurbishment, and ensuring quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse hardware.
• Familiarity with company software for basic communication and reporting (email, Slack, spreadsheets).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, pack, label, and move inventory following SOPs.
• Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory movement.
• Load and unload trucks/containers with proper equipment and protection.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
• Perform basic product refurbishment and quality checks.
