Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Massachusetts is seeking a client-focused luxury stylist to deliver bespoke and ready-to-wear experiences in-store. Build lasting client relationships, offer expert wardrobe guidance, and drive Made-to-Measure and tailoring sales through personalized consultations.

Conduct wardrobe consultations, manage a personal client book, and educate clients on fabrics and fit. Strong CRM/POS skills and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury fashion, tailoring, or high-end retail.
• Strong tailoring knowledge of menswear and/or womenswear fabrics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with discerning clients.
• Attention to detail and professional, polished appearance.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience to every client.
• Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach and follow-up.
• Offer expert advice on luxury suiting, tailoring, and styling.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations in-store and by appointment.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales through expert client consultation and fit guidance.
• Assist clients with measurements and fit adjustments.
• Achieve sales goals through knowledge and service.
• Manage the clienteling process from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain boutique standards and stay informed on season fabrics and trends.
• Collaborate with tailors and production teams for perfect fit.
