Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in Coral Gables seeks a Visual Merchandise Associate to create an engaging store environment under the Visual Manager, merchandise floor, window displays, and mannequin styling according to standards.

You will lead floor readiness, support trunk shows, replenish items, and assist in promotions, while leveraging two years of visual team experience and skills in carpentry, painting, and basic production. A strong fashion sense and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years visual team experience in a major department store.
• Ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently.
• Experience with painting techniques.
• Experience with basic production and knowledge of materials.
• Experience in styling and fashion pulls.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and urgency in selling floor readiness before store opening.
• Follow directives and corporate guidelines from Visual Manager and Visual team.
• Execute promotional and sale set-up including presentation, lettering, and signage; assist trunk shows and appearances.
• Assist replenishing merchandise on the selling floor and wall units.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
