Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Detailer to keep vehicles pristine and ready for client delivery in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment. You will wash, vacuum, and thoroughly detail service vehicles, ensuring quality before redelivery, and may perform upgraded services as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive detailing, strong customer service, and a detail-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and time management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in automotive detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Works well under deadlines and shows good time management.
• Full-time hours, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; under-21 drivers must have 3+ years license and complete Lucid Training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and clean windows of service vehicles before they are returned to the client.
• Thoroughly detail all vehicles before delivery to the client as needed.
• May perform upgraded detail services such as minor scratch repair, ceramic coating, waxing, buffing, steam cleaning.
• Demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry.
