Job summary

Auberge Collection's Commodore Perry Estate in Austin is seeking a Valet/Bell Attendant to ensure a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure for guests. You will be the first and last point of contact, providing prompt service and a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with belongings, coordinating with hotel departments, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. A valid license, 18+ age, and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year experience as a valet or bellman preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
• Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
• Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
