Job summary

LAZ Parking California, LLC in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver warm, efficient service as a Forbes-standard guest experience. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, greet guests by name, and assist with luggage while maintaining immaculate appearance.

This is a front-line role requiring excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Valid driver's license is required; enthusiasm for luxury hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of valet, luxury hospitality, or premium customer-facing experience preferred.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with eye contact, smile, and name if known.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, log tickets, and provide clear retrieval instructions.
• Assist guests with bags and mobility needs; anticipate guest requests.
• Coordinate with Bell Staff, Front Desk, and Concierge for seamless service.
• Maintain safety and report any vehicle issues or safety concerns.
