Job summary

Carmel Realty Company is seeking a full-time Vacation Services Coordinator to help manage a portfolio of luxury vacation homes in Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Pebble Beach. The role supports guest services, reservations, and property readiness across multiple properties.

The position requires hospitality experience and an active CA Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one within six months. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in hospitality, vacation rental management, or a related field preferred.
• Active California Real Estate Agent license or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Escapia or other reservation software preferred.
• Understanding of rental agreements, contracts, and property management procedures.
