Maison Métier in New Orleans’ Warehouse District seeks a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The role follows established housekeeping procedures and supports daily hotel operations.

The position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a professional, friendly demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction in a luxe, design-forward environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, and amenities.
• Change linens, replace towels, and restock supplies.
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, carts, and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
