Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-focused associate to conduct in-person presentations at our resort sales centers.

You will build rapport with prospective and current owners, articulate the value of traveling with us, and drive sales through structured closing techniques. The role emphasizes a luxury sales cycle, requires energy and tenacity, and involves working within the home site area with no travel outside the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred
• Maintain production standards
• Overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle
• Be energetic, outgoing and tenacious
• No travel outside home site area
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers at our resorts
• Establish rapport with prospective and current owners
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing
• No Cold Calling: all leads prequalified and provided by the company
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
