Job summary

FF Global Group is seeking a Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our discerning members. The role supports bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities, aiming to optimize cost, convenience, and experience.

The ideal candidate is based in or near New York, NY, with strong logistics and customer service skills, familiar with Sabre or other GDS tools. Remote employment can be considered, in a collaborative, high-performance team setting.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in logistics coordination and travel knowledge.
• Experience in Travel Management, including monitoring bookings and handling last-minute changes.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for members, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and activities.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide tailored recommendations aligned with bespoke service standards.
• Track itineraries and changes; resolve disruptions promptly.
• Research destinations and monitor travel advisories; support development of new experiences.
