RX Global is a global leader in events and exhibitions, delivering market-leading experiences for luxury brands and retailers across the jewelry and watch sectors. We seek an Event Director to own Luxury and Timepieces initiatives, shaping strategy, driving commercial growth, and ensuring exceptional attendee and exhibitor experiences.

The role leads cross-functional teams, builds industry relationships, and manages P&L, budgets, and program development from planning through post-event

Competenze

• Experience leading a B2B event with commercial results and CX.
• Strong financial judgment: budgets, forecasts, P&L.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior customers and partners.
• Ability to set strategy and lead cross-functional delivery.
• Travel ability aligned with event schedules.

Mansioni

• Set and deliver Luxury/Timepieces strategy to drive growth, value, and market position.
• Grow Timepieces by attracting watch brands, expanding participation, and building relationships.
• Shape brand mix, education, networking and programming to deliver exhibitor/retailer value.
• Maintain Luxury standards for curation, hospitality, quality, and security.
• Identify new segments, programs, and experiences to fuel growth.
• Own events P&L, budgets, forecasts, reviews, and hotel block planning.
• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, registration, to set priorities and timelines.
• Build relationships with exhibitors, retailers, associations, and partners as market rep.
