Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of photography experience.

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Accountable and organized.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Enjoy working with children and pets while maintaining focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on arrival and deliver a luxurious experience.
• Integrate set workflow with creative adjustments per pose.
• Apply expert lighting, composition, and culling knowledge.
• Keep the studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean before sessions.
• Handle wardrobe items after sessions to maintain their integrity.
• Develop an understanding of our luxury experiences and workflows.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
• Submit paperwork and client reports after each session.
• Communicate with clients by phone/text before and after sessions.
• Engage in constructive conversations to meet company goals.
