The role requires energetic, organized individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years retail store experience.
• Leadership experience with sales and merchandise preferred.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service per Brand expectations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and train/coaching of retail staff.
