BVLGARI is seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead its Washington D.C. boutique in City Center. The role directs the store team toward achieving both quantitative and qualitative goals with strategic vision and decisive leadership.

You will drive sales targets, mentor staff, and manage operations to align with Bulgari standards. The candidate will foster relationships with mall management and luxury clients while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and store policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in luxury retail or luxury items.
• Proven managerial capability with track record of developing diverse teams.
• Ability to cultivate industry relationships and understand local luxury media landscapes.
• Astute strategic thinking, decision-making, and action planning.
• Flexible retail hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office and store operation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve budget targets and monitor store KPIs.
• Identify and leverage market potential for the store through collaboration with regional leadership.
• Develop and execute annual store strategies and adjust quarterly with the RVP of Retail East.
• Formulate business plans and collaborate cross-functionally with departments.
• Coach and develop direct reports to prepare them for higher roles.
• Ensure selling standards and control costs align with financial projections.
• Oversee category performance with Merchandising and use reporting tools for business discussions.
