Prada Group is seeking a Stock Control Associate in New York to maintain impeccable stock levels aligned with corporate KPIs and procedures. You will safeguard goods, process receipts, and organize stock for timely replenishment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for luxury products.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team or alone.
• Organized, detail oriented and mature with assertive communication.
• English is a must; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product safety and protect valuable materials in the warehouse during handling.
• Process daily goods receipts and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following corporate procedures.
• Organize, manage and perform stock counts and stocktakes.
• Track product flow through the SAP system.
• Manage product flow during repairs.
• Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines.
