Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa in western Colorado invites a licensed massage therapist to join our seasonal, on-call spa team. You will deliver therapeutic massage services, maintain guest comfort, and support high service standards in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include upholding policies, modeling superior service, and ensuring a pristine spa environment. Colorado licensure and prior massage experience are required to begin with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Current licensed Therapist, State of Colorado
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 Years previous experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Models exceptional customer service skills for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
• Assists in updating training procedures, motivating retail sales
• Ensures that the guest experience is pleasant in regard to atmosphere, service and quality.
• Follow soiled linen/laundry procedures.
• Greet guests; verify medical releases from guests with applicable medical conditions.
