Job summary

The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. This role delivers therapeutic and relaxation massage aligned with our geothermal soaking experience, providing exceptional guest care in a luxury resort setting.

Active CO license and strong knowledge of anatomy and techniques are required. Flexible schedule with options for full-time, part-time, or seasonal employment, including competitive compensation and housing

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• MBLEx on file or Colorado licensure required prior to first day.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue and specialty modalities.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess needs and wellness goals.
• Customize treatments to guest expectations and wellness outcomes.
• Educate guests on geothermal soaking benefits and wellness integration.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in treatment rooms.
