Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA is seeking a Nail Technician to deliver manicure and pedicure services, consult with guests on preferences, and provide a warm, personalized experience in a luxury spa setting.

You will maintain a sanitary workstation, follow spa standards, and stay current on nail trends while collaborating with the spa team. A valid cosmetology license and weekend availability are required; experience in luxury spa environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state Nail Technician/Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel services, and other nail treatments as qualified and licensed.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations and spa standards.
• Properly sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment between guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, products, and services.
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow spa policies and procedures.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services when beneficial to the guest.
• Work collaboratively with other spa and salon team members.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the nail and spa areas.
