Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens is seeking a licensed Nail Technician to join its luxury spa team in Pine Mountain, GA. You will perform manicures, pedicures, gel services, and other treatments while consulting with guests to tailor services to their preferences.

Maintain a sanitary workstation and stay updated on nail trends, ensuring excellent customer service and a polished guest experience. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required in this resort environment.

Qualifications

• Current state Nail Technician/Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Experience in a salon, spa, resort, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel services, and other nail treatments as qualified and licensed.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations and spa standards.
• Sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment between guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, products, and services.
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow spa policies and procedures.
• Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services when beneficial to the guest.
• Work collaboratively with other spa and salon team members.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the nail and spa areas.
