Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of therapeutic massage services with skill and professionalism.
• Customize each treatment to guest needs following a pre-service consultation while respecting contraindications.
• Deliver experiences in line with Forbes 5-Star spa standards with calm, comfort, and refinement.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms with attention to cleanliness and ambiance.
• Recommend follow-up care and wellness products suited to each guest’s needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Charleston's luxury service expectations.
• Comply with state licensure requirements, sanitation guidelines, and hotel health and safety protocols.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative spa environment.
