Tricoci Salon | Spa in Vernon Hills is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to grow their client practice within a luxury spa environment. A $2,000-$4,000 sign-on bonus and a structured training program support your onboarding and ongoing development.

Compensation includes $15-16.20/hour base pay plus commission, with extensive employee discounts and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match).

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Massage Therapy License is required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and guest wellness mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk and provide massage for extended periods.
