Job summary

Tricoci Salon | Spa in Vernon Hills is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to grow their client practice within a luxury spa environment. A $2,000-$4,000 sign-on bonus and a structured training program support your onboarding and ongoing development.

Compensation includes $15-16.20/hour base pay plus commission, with extensive employee discounts and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match).

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Massage Therapy License is required.

Schedule & Availability

We're looking for team members with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

This role requires full commitment to our structured training program, designed to strengthen your technique, guest assessment, service consistency, and overall spa experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and is an essential part of onboarding and long-term success at Tricoci.
