Qualifications

• Licensed MT in state of CA, National Certification (City of Santa Monica).
• 2 years minimum experience in hospitality industry
• Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in English
• Ability to provide legible communication
• Knowledge of all Spa services
• 5 years’ experience working in a luxury spa setting (Preferred)
• Some college or business school training in hospitality industry (Preferred)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
• High School graduate

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of: All hotel features / services, hours of operation, Spa services and products, Salon and Fitness Center programs
• Attend and participating in meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
• Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
• Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
• Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
• Provide massage services listed in the brochure.
• Maintain records and filing documentation.
• Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
