Job summary

MAYBOURNE BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist for a part-time role in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate provides exceptional massage and spa services with a high level of professionalism and guest-focused hospitality in our luxury spa.

Responsibilities include performing massages, body treatments, upselling retail items, maintaining spa cleanliness, and contributing to extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires high school or equivalent education and a valid massage therapy certification.
• 5+ years’ experience as a massage therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa preferred.
• Luxury hotel/spa experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced training in holistic modalities (aromatherapy, bodywork) and related wellness fields.
• Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; knowledge of other modalities listed is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain and upsell retail products and accessories.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and assist with spa operations and back bar expenses.
• Ensure guests’ comfort, safety, and spa cleanliness during treatments.
• Complete records and participate in trainings; escort guests to treatment rooms as needed.
• Support promotions inside and outside the spa and at events.
