• Provide the highest quality massage therapy/bodywork to guests seeking professional service
• Demonstrate professional excellence through regular self-assessment and continued education
• Conduct all activities within scope of practice and law
• Do no harm to the wellbeing of self, clients, and associates
• Comply with all safety rules
• Use required safety devices and PPE
• Maintain consistency with Peninsula standards
• Communicate with departments to create a guest-centric experience
• Ensure efficient SpaDesk operations and handover
