Faena New York's Tierra Santa Healing House is opening and building its founding team. The Spa Massage Therapist delivers premium massage and body treatments in a luxury setting, guiding guests with personalized care and advanced techniques.

Licensed in NY with 2–5 years of luxury spa experience, you will work with multiple modalities and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while supporting VIP guests and wellness experiences. $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Massage Therapy License (required).
• 2–5 years of professional massage therapy experience, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, Myofascial).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic techniques.
• Commitment to guest-centered, results-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Perform all massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and service standards.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess preferences, physical conditions, and treatment goals.
• Customize pressure, technique, and flow to meet individual guest needs.
• Deliver calm, intuitive, and results-driven massage experiences.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits, aftercare, and wellness recommendations.
• Support VIP guests and bespoke wellness experiences as requested.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and guest safety standards.
• Prepare, stock, and reset treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and back-of-house areas.
• Work collaboratively with spa leadership and fellow therapists.
