CoolWorks.com - Jobs in Great Places is seeking experienced Massage Therapists to deliver exceptional spa services in a luxury setting. You will provide Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, attend to guest needs, and uphold meticulous cleanliness and safety standards throughout all spa areas.

The role requires certification, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell products while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Massage Therapy Certification from a recognized school
• 5+ years’ experience as a Massage Therapist in a stand-alone spa or luxury hotel/resort spa
• Continuing Education as required to maintain massage license/certification

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and attend to any immediate needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa areas and backbar supplies.
• Attend pre/post shift meetings and participate in promotions within and outside the spa.
• Assist in daily operations to support teamwork and the spa’s success
